TOUR PROGRAM

YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED

What is included in the tour price?

The price includes: transfer from/to Munich Airport, a 6-day trip through fjords, glaciers, and mountains (~900 km), accommodation in apartments, cabins, and cottages, breakfasts, snacks, and dinners prepared by the group according to a pre-planned menu, all fuel costs, toll roads, parking as per the program, entrance tickets to National Parks, a comfortable 9-seater minibus with a driver, accompaniment by two experienced tour leaders, a photo report, 24/7 information support, and a fully planned itinerary.

What is not included in the price?

Not included: flights to and from Munich, visa (if required), medical insurance, meals outside the program (cafes and restaurants optional), personal expenses (souvenirs, alcohol, additional activities not included in the plan).

How to reserve a seat?

Click the "RESERVE A SPOT" button or message us via messenger. We'll send you a public offer and payment details for the advance payment. Once the advance payment is made, your spot is secured, and you'll receive a confirmation email and a preparation checklist: clothing, footwear, medications, and helpful tips.

How does payment work?

We will send you an offer with your company information and bank details. Payment upon reservation will be €950, with a second payment of €300 due one month before the tour, and the remaining balance on the first day of the tour.

What about food?

We collect a nutrition questionnaire in advance and take your preferences into account: meat-free, lactose-free, etc. Breakfast includes porridge, eggs, sausages, cheese, and vegetables. Snacks, nuts, protein bars, and fruit are provided along the way. Dinner includes warm dishes with vegetables, side dishes, fish, or meat. The menu will be filling, ensuring you have enough energy for the treks.

Which tickets should I buy?

You must book tickets to Munich (MUC) with arrival before 2:00 PM on the first day of the tour and departure on the last day. After booking, we will help you find convenient flights and coordinate arrival and departure times for the entire group.

Where do we live and what kind of accommodation?

We live in cottages and apartments with multiple bedrooms. We typically accommodate 2-3 people of the same gender per room, sharing twin beds. In some locations, a single occupancy surcharge may apply; this can be discussed in advance when booking.

What is the difficulty of the routes?

You don't need to be an athlete, but basic endurance is essential: you can comfortably walk 4-15 km per day on trails. The tour includes both easy walks and two more challenging treks. If you occasionally hike, walk for several hours, or enjoy active pursuits, this is the perfect option for you.

Is it possible to travel alone?

Yes, most participants travel alone. We create a shared Telegram chat in advance, where everyone gets to know each other, shares photos, and asks questions. A group usually has about seven people, so the atmosphere quickly becomes warm and friendly, like being with friends.

How do we get around Austria?

We'll travel in a comfortable 9-seater minibus no older than 2022: We'll have a driver-tour leader, no large buses, and no strict schedules. All transfers, ferries, and toll roads along the route are included in the tour price—you don't need to worry about logistics, just look out the window and enjoy the scenery.

Who usually goes on these tours?

Most often, these are people aged 23–45 who work hard, love nature, and value real-life experiences. They include IT specialists, freelancers, entrepreneurs, photographers, and those who have long dreamed of Norway and don't want to go on a "massive bus tour." The atmosphere in the group is relaxed, supportive, and very warm.

What if I can't complete the entire route?

We always adapt to the group, taking into account the weather and how you're feeling. For the most challenging treks, we provide an honest description and the option to cancel. You can stay in the lodge or take a walk around the area. Your comfort is more important than a tick at a specific summit.

Is it possible to cancel participation and get a refund?

All cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the offer you'll receive when you book. The sooner you notify us of your cancellation, the more of your refund will be available. You can also transfer your seat to another participant—in this case, the deposit is usually fully refunded by agreement.

What to take with you?

You will receive a checklist of clothing and accessory recommendations. The organizer will provide trekking poles for the climb.

Is it possible to bring a suitcase?

Yes, yes. The best option is a soft suitcase or trekking bag weighing ~12–15 kg, plus a small backpack up to 30 liters for daytime trips. Suitcases and larger bags remain at home/in the car; we only take a 20-20 l backpack on treks.
