How to reserve a seat?
Click the "Book a Tour" button or message us via messenger. We'll send you a public offer and payment details for the advance payment. After you make the advance payment, your spot is secured, you'll receive a confirmation email, and you'll receive a preparation checklist two weeks before your trip: clothing, footwear, medications, and helpful tips.
How does payment work?
We'll send you an offer with your company details and bank details. Payment upon reservation is €420, with the balance due on the first day of the tour.
Who usually goes on these tours?
These are usually people aged 23 to 45 who work hard, love nature, and value real-life experiences. They include IT specialists, freelancers, entrepreneurs, photographers, and those who have long dreamed of a recharge and value comfort and care. The group atmosphere is light, supportive, and very warm.
Which tickets should I buy?
After booking, we will help you find convenient flights and coordinate arrival/departure times for the entire group.
Where do we live and what kind of accommodation?
We live in multi-bedroom villas with 3-7 bedrooms. We typically accommodate 2-3 people of the same gender per room, sharing twin beds. In some locations, a single occupancy surcharge may apply; this can be discussed in advance when booking.
What is the difficulty of the routes?
Basic endurance is essential: you can comfortably walk 4-15 km per day on trails. The tour includes both easy trekking and two challenging moderate-difficulty treks. If you occasionally hike, walk for several hours, or enjoy active pursuits, this is the perfect option for you.
Is it possible to travel alone?
Yes, most participants travel alone. We create a group Telegram chat in advance, where everyone gets to know each other, shares photos, and asks questions. Groups typically number between 7 and 15 people, so the atmosphere quickly becomes warm and friendly, like being with friends.
What about food?
We collect a nutrition questionnaire in advance and take your preferences into account: meat-free, lactose-free, etc. Breakfast includes porridge, eggs, sausages, cheese, and vegetables. Snacks, nuts, protein bars, and fruit are provided along the way. Dinner includes warm dishes with vegetables, side dishes, fish, or meat. The menu will be filling, ensuring you have enough energy for the treks.
What if I can't complete the entire route?
We always adapt to the group, taking into account the weather and how you're feeling. For the most challenging treks, we provide an honest description and the option to cancel. You can stay in the lodge or take a walk around the area. Your comfort is more important than checking off a specific location.
Is it possible to cancel participation and get a refund?
All cancellation and refund policies are outlined in the offer you'll receive when you book. The sooner you notify us of your cancellation, the more of your refund will be available. You can also transfer your spot to another participant—in this case, the deposit is usually fully refunded by agreement.
What to take with you?
You will receive a checklist of clothing and accessory recommendations. The organizer will provide trekking poles for the climb.
Is it possible to bring a suitcase?
Yes, yes. The best option is a soft suitcase or trekking bag weighing ~12–15 kg + a small backpack up to 30 liters for day trips. Suitcases and larger bags remain at home/in the car; on treks, we only take a day backpack weighing 20–30 liters.
